About Us
Sunrise Training & Research Center (STRC) is a professional development, research, and consultancy institution established in 2015 and registered under the Companies Act of 1931 (Reg. No. BN 3917). STRC exists to empower individuals, institutions, and communities with the knowledge, skills, and evidence needed to drive sustainable human development in Sudan and beyond.
The Center combines capacity building, social research, and advisory services to strengthen the performance of government entities, humanitarian actors, and community-based organizations. Through its dual focus on training and applied research, STRC bridges the gap between theory and practice—helping partners turn learning into action.
To foster sustainable development through inclusive research, practical training, and consultancy services that promote community resilience and institutional growth.
Our approach is to:
Build strategic partnerships with government institutions, NGOs, UN agencies, and the private sector
Design and deliver programs that are locally relevant, data-driven, and impact-oriented.
We are dedicated to advancing evidence-based development and community empowerment in Sudan. By combining local insight with international standards, we aim to nurture a generation of skilled, ethical, and solutions-driven professionals who will shape Sudan’s future.
